Hello Everyone!!
So it looks like I have been lacking with this whole monthly highlight series thing as once again I have to put 2 months together... #pleaseforgiveme! But as I said before I love the thought and idea behind this series so I will persevere. Here are a few things that have made me happy in the past 2 months!
April
My Birthday!
I turned 26! No longer mid - twenties.... well teetering very close to late twenties. I went on a road trip with one of my besties home where I spent a couple of days with my family which was great!! Sun shining, music blaring!! #happiness & I got spoiled rotten!! What more could a girl want!? I have the BEST family & friends!! (Except for the fact that as a joke they decided to put a 30th birthday candle on my cake.... hmm.... very funny ...... hah)
Best Friends Visiting!
Two of my best friends decided to visit me for a couple of days which was fantastic! We decided to explore!! It was so much fun chilling out with them! I almost forgot just how much I missed them & now that Im thinking about them again I miss them again!! Hopefully they willl be back to visit me soon!!
Other Smaller highlights
- Meeting an awesome band "The Swinging Travelers" & attending their gigs. So talented!!
- Road Trips!! Loving the driving!!
- Walks on the beach

This is the month where I really feel like I found my feet in my new home & surroundings. This month I have really started to feel comfortable & happy living here.
Seeing Friends
I decided to take a spontaneus trip home & visited all the friends I had not seen in months & been missing! It was so good (However I will say I will not be announcing when I am home ever again as it is a LOT of pressure to get around to see everyone. Its much more relaxed if you just tell one or two people and decide what you want to do when you are actually home rather than getting pulled and dragged in a thousand directions & risk upsetting people when its physically impossible to see them. Lesson Learned!)
The Weather
We have been soooo lucky here in Ireland the past couple of weeks!! The sun has been shining almost none stop almost to the point that you may actually think you were in another country!! Its been amazing! Soaking up all that vitimin D! Yes Please!
Other Smaller Highlights
- Seeing the vintage car rally
- Making some really good friends
- Going to new Asian restaurant that opened up in a town near me with one of my besties!
- Spending a few days in my home town & catching up with the people I love
- Catchin up on Youtube! Really enjoyed catching up on all my subscriptions

- Staying overnight in a beautiful city hotel for a night with one of my besties!!

* I have one low note... well sort of, a girl I become really close friends with in my time here in my new home/area has moving back to her home country, But the happiness is that I met her in the first place! I have no doubt we will stay firm friends!!! Miss you loads hun!!
I also want to apologise for this post not being very picture heavy but I had a look back over my photos from the past couple of months & realised I had taken hardly any... oops... & not very like me as my phone is choco- blocked with photos to the point where today I thought to myself "I really must clean out my photos in my phone as I am surprised I have any space at all!" Oh well... Nonetheless I still wanted to share all my happiness with you!!
